3. Link submissions & content rights
When you submit a link to Sharely, you retain ownership of your original content and destination properties. You grant Sharely a non-exclusive, world-wide license to generate preview posters, display link metadata, index your submission in our public explore grid, and showcase verified click counters.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to share the URL and that your submission does not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks.
4. Account rules & moderation authority
Sharely reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, unpublish, or modify any submitted link that violates our Content Policy. Our moderation team maintains full authority to suspend or terminate accounts, issue domain-wide bans, and filter fraudulent click activity without prior notice.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Sharely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Sharely does not guarantee continuous uptime, third-party search engine (e.g. Google) indexing, or specific directory rankings.
